When I was researching for my book Margarita Time, I reached out to Erick Castro as I knew he had that Baller’s Margarita recipe. But when I was talking to him about it, he shared his insight about how the Margarita is a hard cocktail to mess up. Of course, that’s a controversial take but I loved his flexibility and openmindedness about it. Anyway, cut to today and I’m on his celebrated podcast, Bartender at Large, talking about my book and all things Margarita. I had so much fun.
