Negroni Week is almost up, people! So better get on it asap! There aren’t just Negroni cocktails out there but crazy variations. Here are just a few of what’s available. Happy drinking!

The Varnish downtown will be doing Negroni Jell-O shots through Sunday at $2 a jiggly shot and 50 percent of the proceeds will go to Weingart Center for the Homeless.

At the Eveleigh, 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to 826LA! So drink lots. Bartender Dave “Ol Man Winter” Kupchinsky’s Negroni is made with Plymouth Navy Strength Gin, Campari and Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and is served on ice with an orange twist. Traditionally delicioso.

Spring St. Bar has a Negroni variation called Medici on the Beach where the Campari (and grapefruit)  is delivered via ice cube. So sip slowly. The bar’s Negroni Week proceeds will go to the Downtown Women’s Center.

By the way, Ink has a different Negroni variation a day, but you really should check out its Campari dust. Enjoying it Pixie Stick style is the best!
