Nothing like enjoying craft beer atop a roof on a warm summer night, right? Caulfield’s Bar and Dining Room feels ya so every Friday at 7pm for the next eight weeks it will feature a different local craft brewery on its roof, which has one of the best views of Beverly Hills. This Rooftop Food Club will then pair four beers with Executive Chef Stephen Kalt’s menu and bites from Seoul Sausage.
Here’s the brewery lineup for the upcoming weeks:
- August 2: El Segundo Brewing Co.
- August 9: Eagle Rock Brewery
- August 16: Monkish Brewing
- August 23: Strand Brewing
- August 30: The Bruery
- September 6: Ballast Point Brewing
- September 13: Beachwood BBQ & Brewing
But kicking things off tomorrow is San Marcos’ Lost Abbey who will be bringing its Lost and Found, Devotion, Red Poppy Ale and Deliverance beers. For nosh, Caulfield’s will be serving up a meat-intensive selection of Wagyu beef reubens, fried chicken and pork belly empanadas while Seoul Sausage has its kalbi sausage and spicy pork sausage.
Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door, and includes three menu items or beer. Additional food and beers are $7 each.
