Ammo Small-Batch Gin Tasting: Juniper in June
This month’s edition of the small-batch social focuses on artisanal gins from around the world. Guests will enjoy Bluecoat American Gin, Right Gin and Blu Zephyr Gin in little tasting handcrafted cocktails. Ammo just wants you to taste this juniper-based spirit not get wasted, after all. And fortify your stomach with complimentary appetizers.

Grand Opening Weekend of Laserium
Oooh purty lights! Every stoner’s favorite show leaves the Observatory and reopens in historic Vine Theatre. And this weekend’s grand opening celebration boasts celebs you probably don’t care about but don’t let that stop you from checking out the classic Pink Floyd show, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and/or the LightDancer multimedia interactive show.

Simon LA and Stone Rose Lounge 3rd Anniversary
Simon L.A. and Stone Rose Lounge celebrate their third-year anniversary with a live dj and a three-course $39 dinner ($51 with wine pairings) featuring chef Kerry Simon’s signature dishes. Start with either a carpaccio pizza or tuna dynamite with lump crap and red chili aioli, followed by tandoori wild salmon or braised short ribs. Dessert is a cherry pie with vanilla bean ice cream, and all guests get to take home cotton candy and cracker jack bags!

Electric Daisy Carnival 2009
I may be too old for this show but it sounds frickin’ awesome with the likes of Thievery Corporation, Groove Armada, Paul van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold and the Crystal Method performing all in one venue. This annual electronica event is a nonstop dance session, good thing there will be bars throughout as well as a picnic area.
