Spend a swank evening sipping cocktails alongside models and other beautiful people at the Park Plaza Hotel. I know, this event may be too fancy for me but it’s got free cocktails so hayyy! The 5th anniversary of Los Angeles’ New Garde party will kick off L.A. fashion week by presenting the fall line of new “avant-garde” designers JMary, Jesse Kamm and Les Sang Des Betes.
Apparently there won’t be a runway show per se but rather the models will be displayed showing off the designers’ fashions in separate art installations.

10pm-11pm: After-Party
The cocktails will be courtesy of Sake2Me and Siku Glacier Ice Vodka and tunes will provided by DJ White Shadow and the Schoenecker Brothers.
If you want in on the party, general admission is $50 for non-Gen Art members and $90 for VIP non-members but you can get 20% off your ticket if you enter the code “NG2008” at the time of purchase, thanks to CozmoCard. Yeah, you do have to pay to get in but at least you don’t have to fork over more bucks for drinks.
