I’m not all that crazy about reggae music but even I know that one of the funnest times of the summer is to be had at the Hollywood Bowl’s reggae night. Maybe it’s the music, maybe it’s the crowd or maybe it’s…sniff, sniff…what IS that smell? Oh, it’s just reggae night! Come on, YOU know what I mean. It’s the one night when the Hollywood Bowl becomes another kind of bowl…well, more so than usual.

This year’s show features the island stylings of Burning Spear, Sly & Robbie, The Taxi Gang and the Wailing Souls Reunion.

I have a couple of Reggae Night VI tickets in Section K Row 9 (thanks to Hollywood Bowl and Fanscape) for the first crackhead to send me an email (caro at carolineoncrack.com) saying what they will bring in their special Bowl picnic basket. I’m interested more in how you intend to get into the spirit of things foodwise than recreationally speaking. And don’t forget to include your contact information so I know what name to leave the tickets under at will call!
